Corbin and Princess @ LARK on the Park

This past weekend, over a 36 hour period, Corbin put his creative talents to use at the hot and trendy restaurant, LARK on the Park in Dallas's Klyde Warren Park

The selection Corbin chose to recreate was a commissioned piece he had recently completed for my dear friend, Kelley Copeland of The Hidden List.  The drawing was of Kelley's beloved canine companion Princess, who recently passed away.

As a dog lover, a whole lot of heart went into Corbin's interpretation of Princess as he tediously composed the drawing of her on the giant chalkboard canvas.

Corbin's "Princess," will be on display at LARK on the Park through the month of November.  And soon, you will be able to view a complete video of the art installation on their website ~ find it here.

Hopefully, you will have the opportunity to make a visit down to LARK on the Park in the near future.  Be sure to stop in to view the amazing art created by some mighty talented artists and while you're there you must indulge in some of the amazing food and drinks they have to offer.  Additionally, be sure to read the bio's on each artist featured in LARK's menu.

*Here's to a job well done Corbin ~ so proud of you! XO

**Note ~ Corbin is currently attending the University of North Texas and is studying New Media Art.  If you would like to commission a work of art by Corbin you can contact him here.  And finally, go here, if you would like to read more about some of Corbin's previous projects.
